An incorporated society, the A&P Society has a strong following among the local rural community of Upper Clutha and is supported by many families who have lived in the area for generations.

While the Society is steeped in the esteemed traditions of our agricultural community, we are a forward-thinking group that welcomes innovative ways to connect and educate. We continually strive for ways to evolve the Wanaka A&P Show to foster growth, diversity and community. We welcome all local residents to join us as members of the Society or volunteers at the Show.

The Upper Clutha A&P Society was formed in 1895 and held its first A&P Show in Cromwell in 1896. Read about the history of the Society here.
